Cabinet meeting postponed again, constitutional amendments unlikely to be presented
Cabinet meeting was adjourned due to not getting support from Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman
Islamabad: The government also postponed the federal cabinet meeting to be held today (Monday).
The meeting of the federal cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was to be held today in which the constitutional amendments were to be approved.
The cabinet meeting was adjourned due to not getting support from Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman.
According to the reports, there will be normal proceedings in the National Assembly today. The three-point agenda will be considered in the session and the judicial reform package will not be presented today.
