Imran Khan's six, Bushra Bibi's one bail plea hearing adjourned
Court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 3
Islamabad: District and Sessions Courts Islamabad adjourned the hearing on the six bail applications of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and one appeal of his wife Bushra Bibi in a case till October 3.
Additional Sessions Judge Afzal Majuka heard the applications for pre-arrest bail of founder PTI Imran Khan in six cases and Bushra Bibi in one case. Founder PTI's lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhary appeared before the court.
Judge Afzal Majuka said that the arrangements for the appearance of founder PTI on video link are complete. Lawyer Khalid Yusuf told the court that their partial arguments have been done, if the appearance is scheduled, keep it for detailed arguments.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 3.
It is pertinent to note that six cases have been registered against the founder of PTI in police stations Tarnool, Ramna, Secretariat, Kohsar, and police station Karachi Company, while a case of Toshakhana fake receipts has been registered against Bushra Bibi in police station Kohsar.
