Barrister Gohar says his party would not accept anything other than independent judiciary

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s has set stage for its much-awaited power show in Lahore where leader have been addressing party supporters.
According to footages and pictures shared by PTI media cells, a large number of people are present to the venue, Kahna area of Lahore, some 32 KM away from the Minar-e-Pakistan.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, addressing to the participants said that his party would not accept anything other than independent judiciary.
He congratulated PTI Lahore leadership for organizing the event while calling it a huge rally. He urged the authorities to refrain from creating obstacles for party workers and open the roads leading to Lahore and the venue.
Party General Secretary Salman Akram Raja criticized CJP, saying PTI already had expressed its reservations on the standing of Qazi Faez Issa. Talking about the proposed constitutional amendments, Raja said that PTI will never let anyone to pass this draft as it was against the rule of law.
