Chief Election Commissioner rejected PTI's lawyers' request for two weeks


Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), while hearing the request for change of election tribunal, allotted time till Tuesday to the lawyers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to submit their reply.
A four-member bench headed by the Chief Election Commissioner heard the case related to the change of election tribunal in the ECP during which the lawyers of the petitioners appeared before the Commission.
During the hearing, PTI lawyers and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) member Anjum Aqeel's lawyer sought time to submit their reply.
