Price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs2,144 to Rs236,197

Karachi: For the first time in the history of Pakistan, per tola gold has surpassed Rs275,000 on Wednesday.
US interest rate cut, China and India purchases, gold has reached new heights. The price of gold per tola in the local market has increased by Rs2,500 to a record of Rs275,500.
Apart from this, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs2,144 to Rs236,197. While the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold increased to Rs216,514.
On the other hand, the price of gold in the global market increased by 25 dollars to a record level of 2,653 dollars.
