Petition stated that PTI wants to hold peaceful rally on Imran Khan’s birthday on Oct 5


Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) disposed of the petition by directing the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Lahore to decide by September 30 on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) request for a meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan.
Lahore High Court Justice Farooq Haider heard the petition filed by Akmal Khan Bari for PTI's Minar-e-Pakistan rally.
The petitioner's lawyer said that request to hold a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan is pending with the DC Lahore. PTI founder Imran Khan's birthday is on October 5, we want to hold a peaceful rally on that day.
The court directed the public prosecutor to decide on this application by September 30 filed by DC Lahore, and submit a report in this regard to the Deputy Registrar Judicial of LHC.
