As per sources, all private and public educational institutions should be given one month summer break, starting from July 2 to August 2.
If implemented, it will apply to all private, government and semi-government schools.
The provincial government has already changed the timings for all private and public schools from 7:00am to 11:30am due to the ongoing heatwave.
Educational institutions were resumed last month after a long yearly closure because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The new order applies to teachers and other school staff as well as students.
