Police started shelling inside the Aiwan-e-Adl as well

Lahore: Lahore police arrested at least seven lawyers affiliated with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) during a protest at GPO Chowk on Saturday.
The protest was part of a broader demonstration organised by the PTI to voice their grievances against the government. Later, the police started shelling inside the Aiwan-e-Adl as well.
The situation escalated when the police resorted to tear gas shelling to disperse the protesters, who had gathered outside the Aiwan-e-Adl in Lahore. A large number of PTI workers and lawyers were present outside the court, as the forces began arresting them.
The lawyers, who were actively participating in the protest, were taken into custody after a brief stand-off with law enforcement. The protesters were shouting slogans, as police fired tear gas shells to disperse them.
