‘No vaccination, no entry into shopping malls, marriage halls, banks and offices’; Quetta admin issues notification
Quetta: The provincial capital of Balochistan has made vaccination mandatory for entry to all public places.
According to details, the district administration of Quetta has issued a notification according to which people who are not vaccinated against Covid-19 will not be allowed to enter shopping malls, marriage halls, banks, government offices and other public places including parks.
The district administration has also issued a notification in this regard and has instructed relevant authorities to deny entry to un-vaccinated citizens and to check Covid-19 vaccination cards of people.
The district admin has further directed that all such people should not be allowed to use public transport.
Pakistan’s registered death toll from coronavirus infections rose towards 22,000 but some data suggested the spread of the disease has been contained.
According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 1,052 cases of coronavirus were reported while 44 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 22,152.
The total number of confirmed cases reached to 952,907.
In Balochistan, there are 26,893 confirmed cases while 304 patients have died from the infection so far.
