University has released list of 38 candidates which does not include the name of PTI founder

Washington: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan was left out of the list of candidates for Chancellor of Oxford University.
The name of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, imprisoned in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail and the founder of PTI, was not included in the list of candidates for the chancellorship of Oxford.
The university has released the list of candidates which includes the names of 38 candidates but does not include the name of PTI founder.
The position of chancellor at the University of Oxford is traditional and symbolic and prominent figures are participating in this election.
It is pertinent to note that the candidates include the former Prime Minister of the Conservative Party of Great Britain, Boris Johnson, the famous British architect Sir Norman Foster and the well-known lawyer, Barrister Peter Craig.
