Islamabad: The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad ordered the execution of the arrest warrant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the illegal arms and liquor case.
District and Sessions Courts Islamabad Senior Civil Judge Mubashir Hassan Chishti heard the case of illegal arms and liquor recovery against Gandapur. Despite the arrest warrant, he did not appear in court.
Neither the non-bailable arrest warrant was executed by the police nor the compliance report was submitted to the court.
District and Sessions Courts Islamabad ordered the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operation to execute the arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Later, the court upheld the arrest warrant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and adjourned the hearing of the case till October 26 after summoning his surety.
