IHC to hear Imran, Bushra acquittal pleas in 190m pounds on Oct 29
The previous hearing on the acquittal pleas of the couple was held on Oct 2
Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has scheduled the hearing of acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan and former first lady Bushra Bibi in 190m pound case.
Chief Justice IHC Amir Farooq Dogar and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the pleas on Oct 29.
The previous hearing on the acquittal pleas of the couple was held on Oct 2.
The accountability court rejected the acquittal pleas of former premier and his spouse, and they both challenged the decision of accountability court in IHC.
It is noteworthy that IHC has refrained the trail court from passing any final order in the reference.
