IHC adjourned hearing the case till Nov 4
Islamabad: Attorney General Usman Awan assured the Islamabad High Court (IHC) that founder chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan's focal person Intizar Hussain Panjotha will be recovered within 24 hours.
The hearing on the request regarding the release of Imran Khan's focal person Intizar Panjotha was held in the IHC.
During the hearing, Attorney General Usman assured the court that Intizar Panjotha would be recovered within 24 hours.
The petitioner’s lawyer Advocate Faisal Chaudhry said that the Attorney General has given hope, we can only hope. ‘We want Intizar Hussain Panjotha to return safely’.
Chief Justice IHC Aamer Farooq asked if 24 hours will start again from now. The Attorney General replied yes, Panjotha will return tomorrow till this time.
The Islamabad High Court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 4.
