Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the Frontier Constabulary (FC) is being equipped with modern technology and equipment.
On the occasion of meeting police officers of the 49th Common appointed in the FC, the Interior Minister stated that the role of the FC in ensuring peace and security is very important. In the war against terrorism, the Frontier Constabulary is fighting alongside other law enforcement agencies. Recently in Dera Ismail Khan, 10 brave soldiers of FC set a high example of duty by laying down their precious lives for the country.
The Interior Minister added that the sacrifices of FC soldiers strengthen our determination in the war against terrorism. FC martyrs are our precious capital and the nation values their eternal sacrifices.
In the meeting, Mohsin Naqvi further said that FC is being equipped with modern technology and equipment. Young officers can breathe new life into any institution. They performed their duties following the highest standards of integrity, discipline, and ethical conduct; you will have to improve the overall image of law enforcement agencies with the public through your character and dedication.
He said that treating people well is the hallmark of a good officer. Build a strong relationship with people instead of traditional relationships. Make your name in good works that will become your identity and serve the public out of the way. Officers who serve the public, do not need recommendations.
