Islamabad: Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has claimed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is trying to send Imran Khan, the founder of the Party, abroad.
In an interview to private TV, Khawaja Asif claimed that the option was also being tried. PTI itself is telling external forces to put pressure on Pakistan so that Imran Khan can be released and sent abroad.
He said that some countries are also ready to take Imran Khan. In response to the question, Khawaja Asif refused to name the country.
It is pertinent to note that former Prime Minister Imran Khan is imprisoned in Adiala Jail these days.
