Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto congratulated Donald Trump on the historic victory in the US presidential election.
Turning to X, Shehbaz Sharif wrote: “Congratulations to President-elect Donald Trump on his historic victory for a second term”!
‘I look forward to working closely with the incoming Administration to further strengthen and broaden the Pakistan-US partnership, the Prime Minister stated.
PPP Chairman Bilawal also posted on social media and wrote: “Congratulations to Donald Trump on his election and historic comeback”.
He stated that the people of America have given him and his team JD Vance, Elon Musk, Robert Kennedy Jr, Tulsi Gabbard and GOP a resounding victory.
“This is an anti-war victory. An anti-war mandate. We hope the new administration will prioritize peace and help end the cycle of perpetual global conflict,” added Bilawal.

It is pertinent to note that the Republican candidate won the presidential race in the United States. Donald Trump was the winner in the war of governance and has won 277 electoral votes so far.
Donald Trump defeated Kamla Harris in Swing States including North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Kamla Harris won only in the Swing State i.e. Minnesota and won 226 electoral votes.
Trump won from Indiana, Kantinga Kit, Western Virginia, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Arkansas. Kamla Harris won Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhodes Island, Maryland and New York.
