Staff briefed Justice Aminuddin on constitutional cases

Islamabad: The Supreme Court has directed the classification of cases during a meeting on the formation and functioning of the constitutional bench.
The session, led by Justice Aminuddin Khan in his chamber, reviewed procedures and operations for the constitutional benches.
Staff briefed Justice Aminuddin on constitutional cases, including Articles 184 (1), 184 (3), 186, and human right issues.
The bench head instructed the categorization and scheduling of cases, which will be set with input from two senior judges.
A three member committee will form a bench of at least five judges.
