BYC spokesperson stated that they will continue to play role in national struggle

Quetta: The spokesperson of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) said that on Baloch Martyrs’ Day on November 13, we pay tribute to all Baloch martyrs. The great sacrifices of Baloch martyrs have played a fundamental role in social change and development in Baloch society, and today’s national consciousness and continuous movement are due to these sacrifices.
He stated that the day is also important in the pages of Baloch national history in that Baloch leader and ruler of the state, Mir Mehrab Khan, preferred to sacrifice his life instead of bowing down before the British.
The statement added that his sacrifice laid the foundation for the philosophy of resistance and sacrifice in defense of the land and the nation, and the coming generations, following the thought and philosophy set by their ancestors, protected Baloch society from intellectual slavery.
The spokesperson further said that today is a day of solidarity with all those families and individuals who sacrificed their lives for national survival, energizing the national resistance and struggle, and keeping alive the traditions of raising their voices against imperialism in the Baloch land.
He also stated that the Baloch Yakjehti Committee will continue to play its role in this national struggle by following the traditions of the Baloch martyrs’ thought and philosophy of “resistance, denial and sacrifice”.
