12th IDEAS 2024 will continue at Expo Center Karachi from November 19 to 22


Karachi: The preparations for the International Defense Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2024 have been completed at Expo Center Karachi. The Prime Minister will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony today.
The 12th IDEAS 2024 will continue at Expo Center Karachi from November 19 to 22. The four-day exhibition will showcase defense products manufactured in the country.
The exhibition will also introduce Pakistan’s latest fighter drone Shah Parthari, while defense products and equipment equipped with modern technology will be presented to the world.
According to Depot Director Brigadier Ali Adil, this exhibition will play an important role in the defense industry as well as the development of the country.
He said that this is the largest defense equipment exhibition in the region. This time, 330 foreign exhibitors from 55 countries and 33 delegations are participating in the exhibition.
Commodore Aitzaz Khalid said that Iran, Italy, and Ukraine are joining the exhibition for the first time, while three special pavilions have been set up for China and Turkey.
The IDEAS is held every two years. During the four-day exhibition, Sir Shah Sulaiman Road from Hassan Square to the stadium will be closed from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
