Russian actress sweeps to death while practising yoga at beach

A 24-year-old Russian tourist and actress, Kamila Belyatskaya, drowned in a large wave while practicing yoga on the popular tourist island of Koh Samui in Thailand.
According to foreign media reports, Kamila was sitting on a yoga mat in front of the beautiful scenery of the Thai sea and making a video when a large wave quickly swept her away.
Foreign media also released a video of the incident, which is going viral on social media. In the video, Kamila can be seen drowning in a large wave and struggling to save her life. It is being told that an eyewitness tried to save her but was unsuccessful.

Kamila was a resident of the Russian city of Novosibirsk and was on a tourist trip to Koh Samui with her boyfriend. She loved this place very much and kept calling it her ‘home’ and ‘the best place in the world’ in her social media posts.
It is pertinent to note that this incident is a reminder of the dangers that can arise when going near natural landscapes. After this incident, local authorities have issued instructions to tourists to be careful in such dangerous situations.
