Prosecutor had demanded physical remand for another 20-day


Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad approved another three-day physical remand of 19 suspects arrested from D-Chowk.
The suspects were presented in the ATC of Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain. Prosecutor Raja Naveed said in the court that a case has been registered against the suspects in the police station secretariat. A total of 11-day physical remand of the suspects has been obtained, in which several revelations have come to light.
The prosecutor stated that raids are being conducted for other arrests based on the revelations of the suspects and that seizures have to be made from them, therefore, another 20-day physical remand should be approved. The court handed over the suspects to the police on a three-day physical remand.
