One of them was traveling illegally to Saudi Arabia for work under guise of Umrah


Karachi: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested three passengers in various operations at Karachi Airport.
According to the spokesperson, during an operation at Karachi Airport, the FIA arrested a passenger named Muhammad Muzammil who was traveling illegally to Saudi Arabia under the guise of Umrah and had fake information on his passport.
According to the FIA, the accused had a fake place of birth written on his passport. His place of birth is Lodhran, but he obtained an Umrah visa by showing his place of birth as Sargodha. According to the initial investigation, the accused was going to Saudi Arabia for work under the guise of Umrah.
For this purpose, the accused made a deal with an agent named Asher, a resident of Bahawalpur. The deal was made for Rs350,000. Under the deal, the accused was to get an Iqama upon reaching Saudi Arabia.
In another operation, the FIA arrested two passengers who tried to travel on fake documents and were identified as Qurban Ali and Muhammad Tehran and belonged to Hyderabad.
The passengers tried to travel to South Africa on Pakistani passports. The South African visas presented by the passengers turned out to be fake. According to the forensic report of the Immigration Second Line Office, the visas did not have any secret features.
All the accused have been transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Karachi for further legal action, where interrogation is underway.
