PM added that they have put economy on track of self-reliance

At the beginning of the new year, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif congratulated the entire nation and said that he prays that the sun of 2025 rises with the promise of progress and prosperity.
As 2025 began, Shehbaz Sharif issued a special message and congratulated the entire nation. He prays that in the new year, we correct our individual and collective mistakes and make a new start.
The Prime Minister said that in 2024, the world faced economic, political, and law and order crises. He prays that there will be positive progress in overcoming these crises in the new year.
He stated that during 2024, our economic indicators improved, international financial institutions expressed confidence in Pakistan, investment agreements worth billions of rupees were signed with friendly and brotherly countries, and work on digitization of the economy began in 2024.
The Prime Minister added that we are entering 2025 and have put the economy on the track of self-reliance. Today, we are committed to a stable, bright, and prosperous future.
He further said that the year 2024 was the worst in terms of Israeli atrocities in Palestine. The Israeli occupying forces created stories of cruelty that are unparalleled in recent history. In occupied Kashmir, our oppressed brothers and sisters were victims of the brutality of the Indian occupying forces. Hopefully, Palestine and occupied Kashmir will be successful in their struggle for freedom in 2025.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif prayed that the sun of 2025 would rise with the promise of progress and prosperity.
