IHC will resume normal work from January 9
Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a duty roster for the coming week.
A separate duty roster has been issued for the winter vacations from January 6 to 8, while the usual judges’ duty roster for January 9 and 10 has been issued. Only three judges will be available for hearing during the vacations.
Three single benches and one division bench will be available from January 6 to 8, including Chief Justice Aamir Farooq, Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri, and Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz.
The IHC will resume normal work from January 9. On January 9 and 10, the remaining seven judges, apart from Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, will be available.
Seven single benches and three division benches will be available for hearing cases from January 9. On the directions of the Chief Justice, a special division bench and a larger bench will also be available.
