Court adjourned hearing until Jan 28


Islamabad: The interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder in six cases has been extended till January 28.
The Islamabad District and Sessions Court heard the interim bail application in six cases against PTI founder and one case against Bushra Bibi. Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka heard the case.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Khalid Chaudhry applied for an exemption from appearance today. The decision on Bushra Bibi’s bail application could not be announced, and the application for exemption from appearance was approved.
The junior lawyer said that the PTI founder’s lawyer Salman Safdar could not appear due to his engagement in another case.
The court adjourned the hearing on the interim bail applications of the founder PTI and Bushra Bibi until January 28.
