Rawalpindi: Five khawarij, including ringleader Shafiullah alias Shafi, were sent to hell in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Maddi area of Dera Ismail Khan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.
According to the ISPR, the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation on the reported presence of khawarij.
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed khawarij, who remained actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces, as well as the target killing of innocent civilians.
A sanitization operation is being carried out to eliminate any other Kharji found in the area, as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.

In their separate statements, they reiterated their resolve to completely eliminate the Fitna Al-Khwarij from the country.
