Hearing of PTI intra-party election case will be held on Jan 21

Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has fixed the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) intra-party election case for hearing.
The hearing of the PTI intra-party election case will be held on January 21. The Chief Election Commissioner has issued notices to PTI’s Rauf Hassan and Barrister Gohar, while notices have also been issued to the petitioners. The Election Commission will present arguments in the hearing.
It is pertinent to note that the PTI had conducted intra-party elections in March 2024. The Election Commission has allowed PTI to submit its response.
