Police said that it appears that incident occurred accidentally

Karachi: The body of Sarim, a child who went missing from North Karachi, has been found.
According to the SSP Central, the search for Sarim, a seven-year-old child who went missing 11 days ago, was ongoing. The child’s body was found in the underground tank of the building and has been sent for postmortem.
The SSP Central further said that it appears that the incident occurred accidentally.
It is pertinent to note that after this incident, the child’s parents received a ransom message of Rs500,000.
In addition, Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori also visited the child’s house, met the parents, and assured them of full cooperation in the recovery of the child.
