Gentry Beach says the US administration respects Pakistan's leadership

Islamabad: Gentry Beach, the head of a delegation of American investors visiting Pakistan and a close business partner of the Trump family, stated that he believes Richard Grenell was misled by deepfake technology, and that the comments made by Grenell were based on his understanding of Pakistan at the time. He added that Grenell now has a much better understanding of Pakistan.
Speaking to journalists, Gentry Beach mentioned that there are vast investment opportunities in various sectors in Pakistan. He emphasized that under President Trump’s leadership, a new era of relations with Pakistan is beginning. The relationship between Pakistan and the US spans decades, and there is a need to dispel misconceptions about Pakistan.
He also remarked that the actions of the Biden administration over the past four years toward Pakistan were inappropriate, and that a new era of peace and development is beginning in the world. He noted that the US wants to invest billions of dollars in Pakistan, with American investors eager to invest in artificial intelligence, real estate, and minerals.
He further mentioned that Pakistan's current leadership is in alignment with the new US leadership, and the delegation of American investors is visiting Pakistan to explore investment opportunities. President Trump believes in economic diplomacy.
Gentry Beach also pointed out that in the past, the American public was not shown the true picture of Pakistan. He reiterated that Richard Grenell was misled by deepfake technology, and Grenell’s comments were based on his understanding at the time.
He added that Grenell now has a better understanding of Pakistan. Beach mentioned that Grenell told him he had been shown presentations involving deepfake AI. He clarified that he wasn’t here to discuss the matter of the former prime minister, stating that the Trump administration respects Pakistan’s current political leadership.
He further stated that Grenell would now have a better understanding of Pakistan’s current situation, noting that Pakistan has sacrificed thousands of lives in the war against terrorism. He emphasized that the US acknowledges Pakistan’s sacrifices in this war and views Pakistan as an important ally. The US administration respects Pakistan’s leadership.
