‘19-year-old boy was willing to marry American woman, but his family refused marriage’

Karachi: An American woman arrived in Karachi for the love of a Pakistani teenager and reached the boy's house in the Garden area. The American woman sat in the parking lot of the apartment in the Garden area. The apartment union asked the woman to leave, but she refused.
Earlier, it was reported that the American woman had taken a taxi from the airport to an undisclosed location.
Sources revealed that airport authorities had decided to hand the woman over to the American Consulate, but she took a taxi and went to an unknown location, telling the police she was going to her husband's place.
According to airport sources, a two-member team from the American Consulate arrived at Karachi airport, met with the American woman, and also spoke with airport authorities.
Sources stated that American officials expressed their intention to convince the woman to return to the US, but if she didn’t want to go, they couldn’t force her.
The police said that the American woman refused to seek assistance from the consular team and did not want any help.
Sources further indicated that the woman had refused to board a Gulf airline flight for her return to the US this morning. According to airport sources, the heartbroken woman created a disturbance at Karachi airport. She initially refused to complete immigration procedures and then did not board the plane in the departure lounge.
Sources also revealed that the woman continued to make excuses to avoid returning to the US, despite her failed love. She was supposed to travel from Karachi to New York via Doha on flight QR 611.
It is worth noting that the American woman, Onija Andrew Robbins, had fallen in love with 19-year-old Nadal Memon from Karachi’s Garden area. The two had developed a relationship through social media, and the mother of two children arrived in Karachi on October 11.
The 19-year-old boy was willing to marry the American woman, but his family refused the marriage.
The American woman had been wandering around Karachi for months, and then her return ticket expired. After her visit visa expired, the Airport Security Force (ASF) handed her over to the airport police.
An NGO helped her with a return ticket to the US and also provided financial assistance.
The American woman was admitted to the airport’s emergency clinic due to cold and flu.
