Price of diesel may increase by Rs6 per liter and petrol by Rs3 per liter

Islamabad: The price of petroleum products is likely to increase further from February 1.
According to media reports, the price of diesel may increase by Rs6 per liter and petrol by Rs3 per liter from February 1.
It is pertinent to note that the government has increased the prices of petroleum products twice during the first month of the new year.
The government increased the price of petrol by Rs3.47 per liter from January 1 to January 15, 2025, and by Rs0.56 from January 16 to January 31.
In addition, the price of diesel was also increased by Rs2.96 and Rs2.61.
