Meteorologist said that no new wave of cold is expected
Lahore: The cold wave continued in the upper regions of the country.
Rain and snowfall in the mountains are expected in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir. Drizzle has been predicted in Murree, Galiyat, Dir, Chitral, Kohistan, Mansehra, Buner, Swat, and other areas. The weather will remain dry and cold in other parts of the country.
The temperature in Leh recorded -9 degrees Celsius, -6 in Skardu, -5 in Kalam, and -3 degrees Celsius in Malam Jabba, Astore, and Kalat. A decrease in temperature is expected in Karachi. Today, the temperature is likely to decrease by one to two degrees.
Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz said that no new wave of cold is expected in the city, the month of February will be warmer than January.
