Marriage proposal rebuffed, man kills girl in Faisalabad

According to police, the accused opened fire at the girl outside a private hospital in the city’s Gulistan Colony. She suffered a fatal wound and died on the spot.

Reportedly, the girl was visiting the hospital for her mother’s medical checkup.

The accused was caught by security guards immediately after the incident and was later handed over to the police. A pistol was seized from his possession.

The accused has been identified as Mohammad Husnain, a resident of Chak 21.
