Justice Azam Khan will replace Justice Miangul Hassan as administrative judge of District Courts West
Islamabad: Major administrative changes have been made in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) after the arrival of new judges.
An office order has been issued with the approval of Chief Justice IHC Aamer Farooq, according to which Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has been removed and Justice Sarfaraz Dogar has been appointed as the administrative judge of Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) and Accountability Courts.
Earlier, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was the administrative judge of ATC and Accountability Courts.
According to the office order, Justice Azam Khan will replace Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb as the administrative judge of District Courts West and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has been appointed as the administrative judge of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Courts.
In addition, Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz has been appointed as the administrative judge of Banking Courts and Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas will be the administrative judge of Sessions Courts East.
