Price of yellow metal falls Rs1,046 per tola

Karachi: After touching a historic high a day earlier, gold prices in Pakistan plunged on Saturday, in line with their decrease in international rates.
The price of yellow metal lost Rs1,046 per tola to reach Rs299,000 per tola.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs256,344 after it recorded a decrease of Rs897, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The international rate of gold decreased by $8 to settle at $2,861 per ounce.
