Meteorological department predicts light rain in Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, and Pothohar Division

(Web Desk): A new weather system has entered Punjab, bringing clouds and the possibility of light rain in some areas, including Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, and the Pothohar Division.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), while clouds will continue to cover the region, the chances of rain are low for most areas, including Lahore.
The current weather system is expected to leave Pakistan by tonight, which will reduce the likelihood of further rain. In Lahore, the minimum temperature has been recorded at 8°C, with a maximum of 24°C expected. The city has been experiencing a dry and cold spell due to a lack of rainfall, and this trend is likely to continue. Experts predict that the cold weather will not last as long this year.
The meteorological department has advised people to prepare for a cooler day, although heavy rain is not expected. Yesterday, Lahore and other areas in Punjab saw a shift in weather, with cold and cloudy conditions taking over.
