Court adjourned hearing while approving protective bail application


Peshawar: The protective bail application of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has been approved till March 5.
Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Salahuddin of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) heard Ali Amin’s protective bail application. The lawyer of the petitioner and the Advocate General appeared in the court, but the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa could not appear.
The court said that according to the law, the petitioner must appear. ‘We will give the next date, but the petitioner will have to appear himself for protective bail’.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing while approving the protective bail application of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa till March 5.
