Court dismissed the case on the grounds of withdrawal of interim bail


Lahore: Police have declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder’s sisters Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan innocent in the Jinnah House attack case.
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore heard the interim bail against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan in the May 9 cases.
The police declared Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan innocent in the Jinnah House attack case on May 9.
During the hearing, the investigation officer said that the probe against Aleema and Uzma is complete, the sisters of the PTI founder are innocent in the Jinnah House case, and their arrest in the Jinnah House case is not required.
After the investigation officer’s statement, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan withdrew their bail applications in the Jinnah House case. The court dismissed the case on the grounds of withdrawal of interim bail.
