Afghanistan spinner AM Ghazanfar has been ruled out of Champions Trophy


Lahore: The Afghanistan cricket team has arrived in Lahore to participate in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy.
The Afghanistan cricket team was taken to the hotel from the airport under tight security. The Afghan team will start training in Lahore tomorrow after resting today.
Afghanistan spinner AM Ghazanfar has been ruled out of the ICC Champions Trophy.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board confirmed that spinner MA Ghazanfar was injured and has been ruled out of the event, saying that Ghazanfar has been out of cricket for four months due to a fracture.
Nanghail Kharoti, one of the reserve players, has been included in the Champions Trophy squad.
On the other hand, Afghan spinner Mujeeb-ur-Rehman will not play ODI cricket until he is fully fit.
