Kashmir: The Azad Kashmir Supreme Court has lifted the disqualification of former Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas.
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas apologized to the Supreme Court in the contempt of court case.
It is pertinent to note that Tanveer Ilyas was disqualified for two years by the Azad Kashmir High Court in April 2023 in the contempt of court case.
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas had filed an appeal in the Azad Kashmir Supreme Court against the High Court’s decision.
