(Web Desk): The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted thunderstorms, rain, and strong winds across several cities this evening.

Most of Balochistan will have cloudy weather on Monday. Rain with thunder and snowfall is expected in the mountain areas of Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Mastung, and Pishin during the evening.

In addition, strong winds and thunderstorms are expected in Chaghi, Nushki, Khuzdar, Barkhan, Sibi, Hernai, Zhob, and Musa Khel.

The minimum temperatures in various areas are as follows: 7°C in Quetta, 5°C in Kalat, 3°C in Ziarat, 9°C in Zhob, 14°C in Sibi, 19°C in Turbat, 15°C in Nokundi, and 12°C in Chaman. Coastal areas like Gwadar and Jiwani will have minimum temperatures of 18°C and 19°C, respectively.

The weather system causing this rain is expected to enter Pakistan through Balochistan today. The PMD also predicts strong winds and rain in most parts of Punjab from February 25 to March 1, with snow and rain in the hilly areas like Murree and Galyat.

Murree recently saw a large number of tourists visiting for its snow-covered peaks and cold winter weather.
