Dismissed officers were absent from security duty of Champions Trophy

Lahore: For the first time, more than 100 police officers have been dismissed from their jobs at once in Lahore Police.
According to the police, the dismissed police officers were absent from the security duty of the Champions Trophy and even refused to join the duty when they were called for duty.
Police officials say that the officers were dismissed following the orders of the DIG Operations and a detailed report of the dismissed officers has been recorded in the daily.
