(Web Desk): The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is set to meet in Peshawar for the sighting of the Ramadan moon at 6:30 PM on February 28.
The meeting, chaired by Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, will include central members, scholars, and officials from SUPARCO and the Meteorological Department.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Peshawar and across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will remain partly cloudy over the next 24 hours, reducing the chances of sighting the Ramadan moon.
The department also mentioned that the moon’s age at sunset will be approximately 12 hours and 45 minutes.
