Washington: The United States has approved to sale of weapons and bulldozers to Israel worth $3 billion.
According to foreign media, the Trump administration on Friday approved the sale of $3 billion in weapons, bulldozers, and other equipment to Israel, including American-made weapons used in Gaza.
The US Defense Security Cooperation Agency said that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has signed a $2.4 billion sale of body bombs and other weapons to Israel, while an agreement has also been signed to sell other equipment, including $675.7 million in bombs, kits and $295 million in bulldozers.
According to the US agency, the Secretary of State is committed to selling more weapons to Israel, which he explained in detail and called an urgent need of the Israeli government and said that providing defense services and other things to Israel is in the national interest of the United States.
The US defense agency says that the United States is committed to the security of Israel and that it is extremely important for US national security that Israel is not only prepared to defend itself but also to increase its capabilities.
According to reports, even before the US sells more weapons to Israel, Washington has approved the supply of bombs and other equipment worth $7.4 billion.
