Karachi: Banks will be closed on the second day of Ramadan.
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) says that banks will remain closed on Monday, March 3 for Zakat deduction.
A statement from the central bank said that the banking sector will remain closed for public transactions on the first day of Ramadan.
According to the statement, all employees will be present in the office for work (except for transactions with the public) as usual.
