Shiraz testifies in Mustafa Amir murder case, claims he saw Armaghan kill the victim
Shiraz denies his involvement in crime

Karachi: A major development has emerged in the Mustafa Amir murder case, with the accused Shiraz denying any confession of guilt.
The hearing of the case involving the abduction and murder of Mustafa Amir was held before the Judicial Magistrate of the South. During the proceedings, the accused, Shiraz, stated that he was being pressured to confess, and was told that if he confessed, he would receive a lesser sentence.
In response to the accused's statement, the court rejected the request of the investigating officer for Shiraz’s confession. During the hearing, Shiraz denied his involvement in the crime.
The court, while rejecting the request, noted that the accused claimed to be a witness in the case, stating that it was Armaghan who killed Mustafa Amir in front of him. Shiraz mentioned that he was helpless and unable to do anything. He clarified that everything he had previously told the police was as a witness.
The investigating officer said that the statement given by the accused today was in their favor, as the accused acknowledged witnessing the murder.
Shiraz, however, stated, "I am not the accused, but a firsthand witness. I am the only eyewitness who saw Armaghan brutally kill Mustafa Amir. I was helpless at the time of the incident. I am being framed in this case. Armaghan struck him with an iron rod, then took him at gunpoint to Balochistan, where he set the car and the body on fire."
