Indian SC conditionally permits YouTuber Ranveer to conduct program
Court remarked that YouTuber will not hurt sentiments of people of all ages, classes, and religions

Mumbai: The Supreme Court of India has granted conditional permission to YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadi to host a program on his YouTube channel.
According to several reports in Indian media, the Indian government banned Ranveer Allahabadi's YouTube program after the controversy over his participation in YouTuber and producer Sameh Raina's YouTube show India's Got Latent, after which he approached the court.
The court proceedings continued for more than two weeks and on March 3, the Supreme Court of India granted conditional permission to the YouTuber to host a program.
The YouTuber said in his petition that he has 280 employees and banning his program would make all of them unemployed, so it is a violation of human rights.
However, now, setting a condition, the Indian court has allowed the YouTuber to host the program.
The court told the YouTuber in its remarks that from now on, he will not hurt the sentiments of people of all ages, classes, and religions, and will not show such content to the public that is immoral and that hurts anyone's feelings.
The Indian Supreme Court said that Ranveer Allahabadia's programs are not obscene, but the language and conversations used in them are inappropriate.
It is pertinent to note that in early February this year, Ranveer Allahabadia participated in a YouTube program called India's Got Latent along with other YouTubers and social media content creators, including Sameh Raina, where Ranveer spoke obscenely on a contestant's question.
After Ranveer’s statement, there was an uproar all over India, and the YouTuber was being severely criticized on social media. Not only this but several cases were also registered against him and Sameh.
