Price of yellow metal reaches Rs306,300 per tola

Karachi: Gold prices recorded a visible jump in the local bullion markets in the country on Tuesday in line with their increase in the international rates.
The price of yellow metal reached Rs306,300 per tola after it increased by Rs4,800. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), 10-gram gold was sold at Rs262,602 after it registered an increase of Rs4,115,
On Monday, the gold price per tola increased by Rs1,500.
The international rate of gold also increased by $47 to settle at $2,916 per ounce.
