(Web Desk): Authorities in Punjab have announced that the Lahore Safari Zoo will be closed for 15 days, starting March 11, for essential maintenance and repairs.
The closure will allow for annual construction work and infrastructure upgrades to be completed before the Eid holidays, according to a spokesperson from the Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department.
During this time, all animals will receive full medical check-ups to ensure their health and well-being. The zoo is regularly renovated to improve facilities for both animals and visitors. It is expected to reopen with better amenities before Eid.
