Police book singer Naseebo Lal's husband in domestic violence case
Lal has accused her husband, Naveed Hussain, of physical assault and exploitation

Lahore: Renowned Punjabi singer Naseebo Lal has lodged a complaint at the Shahdara police station in Lahore against her husband for alleged abuse.
Lal accused her husband, Naveed Hussain, of physical assault and exploitation. The police stated that the singer had submitted a request to them regarding the alleged abuse by her husband, prompting immediate action and the filing of the case.
In her statement, Naseebo Lal explained that she was sitting in the courtyard of her home when her husband, Naveed Hussain, returned and started verbally abusing her. In a fit of rage, he allegedly picked up a brick and threw it at her.
The case further details that as a result of the brick attack, Naseebo Lal suffered severe injuries to her face, around her eyes, and on her nose.
The singer has accused her husband, Naveed Hussain, of frequently subjecting her to physical abuse and mistreating her. According to the FIR, the incident of violence against Naseebo Lal occurred around 5 PM on March 14.
Following the singer's complaint, the police registered a case and initiated legal proceedings. However, as per the latest information, no arrests had been made yet.
